A baby is born, someone saved a life, doctors came one step closer to a cure,
and someone
hugged someone else just because they cared. Past on an act of kindness it is
contagious.

The Guild
(The Healing Hoop)
The Guild is a Hemeopathic, Holistic, Circle of Life, or as we know it,
The Healing Hoop. This
organization uses Native American Shamanistic teachings
as its base, along with other natural healing
aspects. The Guild was started by
a lady massage therapist, herbalist and medicine woman. Dance
figured that the
gifts that her and her family have of second sight can be used to help humanity.
She
has invited others like herself to join into the hoop.
She has been overwhelmed by the response to The Guild. There are other
massage therapist, nurses,
teachers, labors, computer wizards and many more from
all walks of life.
The Guild is a round table discussion on how to use energy healing of all
types, for themselves and
others. They are proud of their gifts not scared of
them. The Guild is not a religion, but a a renewed
way of life for themselves
and others.
No one is turned away because of race, creed, sex, or religion. We wish to
put faith and hope back into
the world. That is why The Guild is trying to build
a non-profit wellness center in a poverty stricken
area. The Medicine Lodge has
to date, massage therapy, professional facials, herbal gardens and small
pet
therapy. There will be hydro-therapy, an enclosed garden and sweat lodge
hopefully by November
of this year. The dream is to purchase 97 acres, two miles
away to be able to house 100 guests along
with staff, barn, greenhouse, library,
music and an outdoor stage.
Our goal is to bring in speakers, gatherings, drumming, and etc to educate
the public. The buildings in
the winter months would be open up for emergency
shelters. The small scale we are working now is
built with kindness, bartering,
and getting things a little at a time. We have applied for loans, grants
and
other red tape we have to forgo. This takes time, and as we wait, there is a lot
of people that need
us now.
We don't diagnose, nor are we a "physic network". First off physic is a
word that is not spoken in The
Guild. We do not want to be confused with those
who use their gifts for self gain or like some, just cons.

The Guild and The Medicine Lodge.

of people who wish to learn

developed to try and help humanity and all living things with our talents and
gifts.

spirit, and to respect the pathway of
the red road.

Up-to-Date Letter about our progress from Josey
I wish to thank all who have helped in the renovating of a 28x24 foot machine shop into the Medicine Lodge. The Healing Hoop Society hope to have it completed by the beginning of May this year, just in time for the Healing Gardens to begin and the sweat lodge to offered to those in needing Body and Spirit Cleansing. We have 2 more buildings donated to the Hoop on this property, a 13x26 building and a carport. We plan on enclosing it and putting a storage loft, a kitchenette, and Yoga/Dance area. A huge 2 bay garage with 3 back rooms have been setup as a woodshop, gardening area, craft room, office and herbal room. The other bay is used to fix our vehicles.
A lot of supplies and time has been donated or bartered for, but there are some things we have to pay for such as: inspections, plumbing, backhoe for French drains, and set a rain water holding tank, and many other items.
The estimate cost is $5,000.00, we live in a national poverty stricken area, and our fundraisers are bringing in just enough money to buy supplies a little at a time, and time is getting short. Most contractors are friends who are laid off for the winter season and will be returning to work soon. The Healing Hoop is asking for any money donations, any amount will help. If everyone who sees this letter/site would donate a $1.00 or what they could afford we can accomplished a lot.
